All warranties are clearly stated on every proposal generated by DNI. General terms of agreement are as follows; DNI will replace, repair or refund the original purchase price of the item in the event the item cannot be repaired and there are no available replacements on the market.

Not meant to be provided for resellers or leasing companies. Resellers, Leasing companies, and Consultants with any equipment for sale, send an RFQ. We’ll be happy to make an offer.

[toggle_framed title=”How long are quotes valid for?:”]Verbal and written quotations are valid for 5 working days and are subject to prior sale and availability. With any proposals older than a week or so, please contact us for an updated quote. All equipment offered is pre-owned, tested, complete, and guaranteed to work “as new” unless specifically described as “NEW, from distribution channel or NEW direct from OEM”.

[toggle_framed title=”Are purchase orders contracts?:”]Of course they are. Verbal agreements and Hard Copy POs are to be considered binding contracts with DNI and cannot be amended or canceled without prior consent of both parties.

[toggle_framed title=”Can I cancel or return an order?:”] No Returns will be accepted without a valid RMA # issued by DNI. Canceled/Returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

[toggle_framed title=”What if it arrives DOA?:”]In the rare case where you have a DOA, please contact your sales rep with the serial# and issue and we will generate a RMA# and pre-paid ship label for the return. We will then replace or refund.

[toggle_framed title=”Do you license the software?:”]DNI is a OEM independent reseller and as such does not represent ourselves as an Authorized reseller of Cisco or any other network hardware manufacturer. Software licensing is the responsibility of the user. Software licenses are not included with the hardware sales unless specifically stated as a line item on the invoice.
