Co-Founder, CEO
Paul Regolizio is Co-Founder and CEO of Data Networks International, a globally trusted source for New and Used Network Equipment. Under Paul’s leadership, DNI has grown into a multimillion-dollar thriving company trusted by hundreds of companies globally. With over 30 years in the Biz, Paul’s extensive knowledge and experience buying and selling refurbished Cisco Systems hardware set the foundation on which DNI was able to build and grow. Mr. Regolizio holds a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University and has held various Sales and Management positions throughout his professional career.
Rich Grozalis
Co-Founder, President
Rich Grozalis is Co-Founder and President of Data Networks International. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing the overall operations and strategic direction and business development of the company. Mr. Grozalis has over 30 years of experience in the communications and technology industry and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Glassboro State in New Jersey.
Melissa Bardello
COO
Melissa Bardello joined DNI in 2015 as the Sales and Marketing Administrator. In 2020, Melissa became the Marketing Manager to help expand the company and develop a broadened customer base and in 2023 was promoted to COO. With a comprehensive background in customer service, business management, and marketing Melissa works to effectively identify and engage all potential customers. Melissa graduated cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing.
Chris Rudeau
CTO
Chris Rudeau joined DNI in 2013 as the Warehouse Manager. Chris focuses on ensuring that all shipments are accurate and of the highest quality. In addition to keeping the warehouse running at its highest efficiency, Chris oversees that all merchandise is fully functioning and operational in order to deliver superior products to customers. Chris holds various certifications including A-Plus, Cisco Testing and Configuration, and Computer Science Networking Security. As CTO, Chris provides pre and post sales tech support and manages the company's overall technology infrastructure, including data networking, and security.
