Verbal and written quotations are valid for 5 working days and are subject to prior sale and availability. With any proposals older than a week, please contact us for an updated quote. All equipment offered is pre-owned, tested, complete, and guaranteed to work “as new” unless specifically described as “NEW, from distribution channel” or “NEW direct from OEM.”

Of course, they are. Verbal agreements and hard copy POs are to be considered binding contracts with Data Networks International and cannot be amended or canceled without prior consent of both parties.

No Returns will be accepted without a valid RMA # issued by Data Networks International. Canceled/Returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

While infrequent, damage can occur during shipping. In the rare case this happens, please contact your sales rep with the serial# and issue, and we will generate an RMA # and pre-paid shipping label for the return. We will then replace or refund.

Data Networks International is an OEM independent reseller and as such does not represent ourselves as an authorized reseller of Cisco or any other network hardware manufacturer. Software licensing is the responsibility of the user. Software licenses are not included with the hardware sales unless specifically stated as a line item on the invoice.

Yes! If we quoted you on hand equipment, it usually ships same day. If you order equipment that is not on hand, you will be made aware of any lead time prior to placing the order.
